Analysis & Requirement Definition
At the beginning of each project, we define all technical, functional, and user-centric requirements. We analyze target groups and use cases, while also reviewing relevant market demands, competitor benchmarks, and regulatory standards (e.g., CE, MedTech).
Concept Development & System Design
Next, we select the appropriate sensors, actuators, and communication protocols such as Bluetooth Low Energy, Wi-Fi, or LoRa. Based on this, we develop a comprehensive system architecture covering hardware, firmware, mobile app, and cloud components. In parallel, we create a CAD-supported product design that seamlessly combines functionality, ergonomics, and wearing comfort.
Hardware & Software Development + Integration
This phase involves the development of electronic modules, heating systems, and battery interfaces, along with the programming of embedded firmware for control, data acquisition, and power optimization. Simultaneously, we design user-friendly app interfaces and build backend and cloud infrastructures for data management. In parallel, suitable materials and textile carriers are tested, joining technologies are developed, and all components—including power supply—are integrated directly into the product design.
Prototyping, Testing & Optimization
As part of the rapid prototyping phase, initial functional models are created and tested. Based on user feedback, as well as lab and real-world testing, these prototypes are iteratively refined. We validate wearing comfort, data quality, durability, and system safety to ensure product readiness.
